One of these custom-made fitted covers will protect your beautiful home-built wooden boat from the weather between outings.

Each cover is handmade by professional sailmakers to fit the boat like a glove. They are high quality covers that will last for years, with reinforced stress points for extra durability. The covers have loops which can be used to tie them down with rope or straps.

Our custom-fit small boat covers are stitched from Weather Max fabric, which is specially formulated for durability in the sun and rain. Unlike the typical hardware store tarpaulin, the Weather Max fabric is breathable and will not trap moisture under the cover. Add a few thin battens to support the cover so that the rain runs off.

We currently offer covers for several of our most popular boats, but we can get covers made for most of our other boat designs on request.

The covers for the Chester Yawl, Expedition Wherry, Wherry and Tandem Wherry have short sleeves to allow the rowing outriggers to be left in place. The cover does not cover the outriggers.

Please note that most of these covers are Navy Blue, not Tan as shown in the photographs.
