This vent uses a waterproof membrane to allow the air pressure to equalise inside a hollow surfboard. This means that you don't have to remember to open the standard screw-in vent when leaving the water and to close it again before going back out. The vent can be installed in wooden surfboards and foam ones.
These vents can also be installed in paddleboards and in the air tanks of canoes and dinghies.
